In 2015 BoonDocks BoatDocks was established. We started out doing dock repairs and eventually purchased the equipment needed to drive dock pilings and retaining wall panels. After hearing numerous complaints of contractors failing to return calls and months of back log, we started focusing on how we interacted with our customers. Our mission focused on contacting our customers back within 24hrs, answering emergency calls and in most cases delivering an estimate within 2-3 days of obtaining the necessary information for a quote.

We choose not to take the assembly line approach to our work, no spec docks, nor do we sub-contract our reputation to other dock or wall builders. We also do our very best to communicate with our customers, many of which live several miles away. For those customers we stay inconstant contact with them during their build, sending pictures and status updates.
